To mark the 2025 Jubilee of Hope’s ‘Jubilee of Volunteering’ during March, the work and dedication of school governors was acknowledged across the Blessed Christopher Wharton Catholic Academy Trust (BCWCAT) with a Mass at St Bede’s and St Joseph’s College in Bradford.
Holy Mass was celebrated by Episcopal Vicar for Education and Chaplain to SBSJ’s St Matthew’s House, Fr Paul Grogan and Chaplain to St Luke’s House, Fr Anthony Jackson. Head Teacher Lawrence Bentley welcomed all to the college, and St Luke’s House hosted a social event to thank all governors for their continuing commitment to Catholic education.
