Patricia Gaughan, a parishioner at St Augustine of Canterbury in Harehills, has been awarded the Diocesan Gold Medal for her service and devotion to the Church.
Pat, who worked at Catholic Marriage Care for several years, was presented with her medal and certificate by Parish Priest Fr Ghebreyesus. He expressed warm gratitude that she and her late husband Bernard (RIP) had been great supporters of the parish: organising the Mass Book for 50 years and also working on the Parish Bulletin.
