Please pray for the families and friends of our many parishioners from Jamaica, where Hurricane Melissa has destroyed homes, left people without power, food and water – and where at least 28 people are now known to have died.
WE can help Jamaica recover, rebuild and restore with some everyday packaging!
The Chair and Trustees of Jamaica Society Leeds need help so that supplies can be packaged up for their Hurricane Melissa Disaster Relief Appeal.
Local businesses and the public can donate the following:
- Sturdy boxes (various sizes)
- Black permanent marker pens
- Rolls of strong sellotape and packing tape (for sealing boxes)
On Fridays between 10am and 4pm, these can be dropped off or delivered to:
