From 3 December until Christmas Day 2023, join Diocese of Leeds trustee Liam Kelly in an online journey of prayer through Advent with Reflections from Ampleforth Abbey: Advent reflections from Ampleforth Abbey – Hozana
This virtual retreat is accessed via the Hozana Prayer Network: a free-to-join secure website and app providing prayer resources tailored to your individual interests and circumstances on a daily or weekly basis, which lets you respond online to others’ prayer intentions and post your own! Hozana’s mission is to encourage more personal prayer through the communion of saints by creating online praying communities run by Catholic lay people, parishes and dioceses across the world and available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Portuguese.
Liam Kelly works in the Abbot’s Office at Ampleforth Abbey and has been involved in church communications for more than 40 years, including work at Vatican Radio and with the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. He was Cardinal Basil Hume’s literary executor and editor of Seven Last Words.
Along with Mary Benton, Luke Corcoran, Bill O’Neill, Helen Wain and Peter Wilson, Liam is one of six new lay trustees appointed this year by the Bishop to serve on the Board of the Diocese of Leeds.
