Wanted: Sustainability Stories for the Season of Creation 2023!

We are looking forward to hearing what parishes and schools are doing to mark the Season of Creation 2023; please tell us YOUR stories of ‘living simply’, and environmental and sustainability initiatives in YOUR home, school or parish so they can be featured on this website to inspire others across our diocese!

The Church’s ‘Season of Creation’ runs throughout September, ending with the Feast Day of St Francis of Assisi on 4 October. The theme this year is ‘Let Peace and Justice Flow’, with the symbol of a mighty river.

No matter how big or small, ALL of us can have an impact in caring for God’s creation and contribute to ‘Living Laudato Si’ in the Diocese of Leeds’!
