Application Forms

If you are applying for a post in a Catholic school, it is essential that you use the correct form from the Catholic Education Service and not one from an agency or local authority. For details of posts currently on offer in Diocesan schools, please view the ‘Vacancies’ page 

Model application forms, notes on their completion as well as rehabilitation of offenders disclosure form and recruitment monitoring form required for all applications that you may use to draft your application are available here. However the form you actually use for applications must be from the school as it will contain that organisations privacy statement.

The Diocese of Leeds and all its schools, academies and colleges are committed to safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Appointment to posts in schools is  subject to a criminal record and background check (DBS) and a prohibition check.
