Resources

The Year of the Word (The God Who Speaks) is here and this Advent we invite you to spend time preparing for Christmas with the Gospel readings for each day.

We would like to thank our 25 contributors who are from all over the Diocese of Leeds. These include members of the youth leadership team, The Twelve, as well as clergy, young people and adults from parishes and schools.

In these resources you will find the Gospel passage for each day of Advent and a short reflection on it. These resources can be used in personal reflection, collective worship, as part of a Lectio Divina and much more!

Novena to Our Lady of Unfailing Help

Join The Twelve, the Youth Leadership Team for the Diocese of Leeds in praying the Novena to Our Lady of Unfailing Help who was declared the principal patron of the newly-created Diocese of Leeds in 1878. In the midst of the current challenges we face during he Covid-19 pandemic, we have a great opportunity to be united in prayer.
