The Caritas Leeds criminal justice inquiry report was launched on Monday October 19th 2020. The Bishop of Leeds, Marcus Stock, and Police and Crime Commissioner Mark Burns-Williamson, attended and spoke about the report, along with a selection of people who have been affected by the criminal justice system in different ways.
