Overview
These resources are for use with the Elect during Lent as they prepare to be received into the Catholic Faith. They are structured as weekly meetings, much like a prayer group, intended to last around an hour.
The rhythm of this time of preparation is different: the sessions are prayerful and reflective, and give time to consider together the Sunday gospel readings as well as the steps being taken on this final approach to Easter.
Some parishes might choose to take the opportunity to invite the wider parish community to join, both as their own preparation for Easter and as a way of accompanying the Elect.
