The following is a requirement of the Diocese of Lourdes-Tarbes for all volunteers supporting pilgrimage/HNDL

STATEMENT OF INTENT

I declare that I have read the charter of the diocese of Tarbes-Lourdes for the protection of minors and vulnerable people and the fight against abuse. (UK online and in-person training programmes)

I commit to uphold this welfare charter. I agree to submit to possible legal criminal record checks specifically concerning the protection of minors and vulnerable persons. (DBS in the UK).

I hereby consent to my personal data being processed by the Diocese of Tarbes-Lourdes in accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data.

I understand that I have the right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability, and opposition with regard to my personal data, but also the right to lodge a complaint with the authority responsible for personal data.
