Angela Powell from CAFOD came to St Aelred’s, Harrogate and St Mary’s, Knaresborough, to close the Church’s 2025 Season of Creation with an exciting invitation to take up the process of working towards the CAFOD LiveSimply Award.
The parishes responded generously to Angela’s appeal for Family Fast Day (which this year was on 3 October) and with suggestions to working together to live in as sustainable manner as possible and to care for our brothers and sisters across the world.
