This week sees the launch of a fundraising initiative to support the work that will be carried out in the near future to restore the Bentley Pulpit, which formed part of Leeds Cathedral’s artistic heritage for over a hundred years until 2005, and at the same time to make this project a memorial to the late Mgr. Canon Peter McGuire who was Dean of the Cathedral from 1981 until 2003.
