MPs who tabled two extreme pro-abortion amendments to the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill have now decided not to take their amendments to a vote.
Diana Johnson MP’s amendment (NC 55) would have introduced abortion on demand, for any reason, up to birth.
Similarly, Rupa Huq MP decided not to take her amendment (NC 42) to a vote, which would have introduced a jail sentence of up to two years for offering support to women outside abortion clinics nationwide.

We are thankful that these two politicians’ decisions have been changed, and perhaps in time their hearts and minds also; and we continue to pray always for the unique souls who are our unborn brothers and sisters, for their families and mothers – especially those who are in distress – and for all who campaign with gentleness and compassion to uphold the dignity and sanctity of every human life.
