HALFWAY THROUGH!

Over half of the parishes in the Diocese of Leeds have had their listening sessions for this phase of the Parish to Mission process! Sessions have taken place in 10 of the 11 deaneries and with just over 2 weeks left until the final parish meeting, there is still plenty of opportunity to have your chance to share.

It’s wonderful to see so many people coming together to pray, reflect and share in this Synodal process as we journey together as a Christian family, rooted in the Holy Spirit.

Parishioners from Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish in Huddersfield at their listening session.

Some of our facilitators at the Parish of Mary, Mother of God in Bradford ready for the listening session.

Some parishioners from Our Lady and St Joseph’s Parish in the Aire Valley sharing their thoughts.

We are extremely thankful to all who have attended these parish listening sessions as well as to our wonderful volunteer facilitators for leading everyone in this exciting process!

There are still plenty of meetings still to come! To look where your local meeting is taking place visit: https://www.dioceseofleeds.org.uk/parish-to-mission/faqs/.

If you’ve missed your parish session or can’t get to your nearest session, then you can still share your thoughts by filling in the online survey here: https://www.dioceseofleeds.org.uk/parish-to-mission/online-survey/
