The Holy Father has appointed Bishop Marcus Stock to be Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Middlesbrough. As of this morning, this is in addition to his role as Bishop of Leeds. The full text of the Bishop’s message to the clergy, religious and lay faithful of both dioceses is below:
