Maisie Haywood – The Parable of the Mustard Seed (13:31-2)
Who or what in the passage draws your attention?
The phrase “The kingdom of heaven” because we are told Jesus/God is our king and a king would own a kingdom, just like God and our world.
What do you find most challenging in this passage?
I find it difficult to understand how heaven is like a mustard seed. Even though we haven’t seen heaven, it is hard to picture it like that.
Which part of this passage brings you encouragement, comfort, or hope?
The phrase “another parable” suggests Jesus had already told parables to help people. This shows He will always be with us through His word.
