Divine Renovation is described as ‘a ministry that offers coaching and tools to help parishes develop strategically in response to their context’. They have organised the Catholic Parish Summit (CPS) featuring a range of accomplished speakers. The Summit is about ‘sending disciples, equipping leaders and launching transformation’ in parishes, with the aim ‘to inspire Catholics with a vision of a renewed Church that is missionary and apostolic at its core, equipping them to cast off their parishes into mission – so that they can bring people to Jesus’.

All of us as baptised Christians have a role and a mission – in fact it’s a duty – to ‘live’ the Gospel, so as to bring the knowledge and love of Jesus to the heart of our own communities – and to all people. Today’s changeable and secular environments present different challenges and opportunities for bringing Jesus into people’s lives. We cannot rely solely on the often jargon-filled ‘courses and resources’ methods that have been deployed over recent years; but with the aid of the Holy Spirit, and a strong, sustainable and confidently-communicated Catholic culture of both Faith and Good Works, our parishes CAN thrive!

If YOU have positive news of renewal and initiatives in YOUR home, school or parish, please send them to for publication on this website which receives to between 12,000 and 17,000 visits every month!

Sharing our good news stories is a way of ‘evangelising by example’; YOUR Faith and Good works can inspire others in the many homes, schools and parishes across our ONE Diocesan Family – and beyond!
