Diocese of Leeds Music is seeking a talented individual to work as Cathedral Organist and Artistic Director of Leeds International Organ Festival.
This role, based at Leeds Cathedral and either part- or full-time, occupies a central position in the music programme and offers a wealth of opportunity to the successful candidate.
Diocese of Leeds Music works with 7,500 children weekly in schools across West and North Yorkshire and its 18 after-school choirs provide outstanding choral opportunities for young people, including BBC broadcasts, tours and recordings. Its innovative whole-class melodica sessions provide an entry point to instrumental study, and organ, piano and classical accordion tuition is available for choristers and school pupils across the Diocese.
Contract: Permanent
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: Pay scale from £28,910 to £33,910 per annum (pro-rata for part-time role)
