The Diocese of Leeds is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable adults when they are involved in activities connected with the parish and other groups within the Diocese. The Bishop has given the members of the Children and Vulnerable Adults Protection Team lead responsibility for this. However, this responsibility is significantly shared with the clergy and laity in the parishes and diocesan groups, who play such a crucial role in the activities of children and vulnerable adults.
