Men who are thinking seriously about the possibility that God may be calling them to the priesthood need to take some time out from their ordinary affairs in order to listen to the still small voice of the Holy Spirit resounding within them.
During the discernment weekends, held at St Mary's College, Oscott, Birmingham, participants listen to some talks, and have plenty of time for reflection, prayer and social time together. Men who are considering the priesthood in the Diocese of Leeds are encouraged to join in these events. The dates of the next ones are given below.
Priesthood Discernment Weekends:
Fri 10th - Sunday 12th February (book by Fri 3rd Feb)
Fri 27th - Sunday 29th April (book by Fri 20th April.)
Holy Week Retreat: 4th-8th April.
