• To promote a renewal of catechesis by encouraging the study and use of the Catechism of the Catholic Church

Rationale:

• There is a clear need for personal and communal formation in all aspects of the Church’s faith and teaching

• The Catechism needs to be owned by us as the local Church and as the basis for all catechesis.
