CLAY- Christians Learning Across Yorkshire
A group of training officers and advisors from several of the major Christian denominations across Yorkshire have been meeting for about two years in order to share common interests and issues in the area of training and formation and to explore ways of working together. This has led to the production of the CLAY leaflet, which features a large selection of courses and retreats, which are suitable for all Christians

Treasure Group
This group consists of training officers and advisors who support people who work with children.
At present there are representatives from the Anglican Dioceses of Ripon & Leeds and Wakefield, the Methodist Church, the United Reformed Church and the Catholic Diocese of Leeds.
The aim of the “Treasure Group” is to plan training events for those who work with children. Each event focuses on a different theme and offers ideas for activities, prayer and resources. Just before Easter 2008 four evening events to explore the theme of “Pentecost Treasure” were held in the Yorkshire area. Previous “treasure” evenings have explored the themes of Come & Share the Treasure (The Parable of the Sower), Advent Treasure, Saintly Treasure, Easter Treasure and Treasuring Children’s Prayer.
